I signed up in the class to dust off my systems (following a very long term illness) and elevate my thinking and processes. I've received all of that and more! The increase in my production over the previous quarter just during the first three months more than paid for the class. I did the math--my commission increase was $2450--and that doesn't include the bonuses I earned. I'd say that was $300 well invested. I'm more prepared for all of my virtual events and my social media presence is exponentially increased--because Janis helped me simplify my thinking on how I was doing everything. Janis, your training has been FABULOUS and exactly what I needed. JI have been in MK for almost 40 years. I first went to Director week back in 1989 and it was great. Mary Kay actually was present and we learned from Dalene White, Helen McVoy and all the pioneers that TAUGHT how to be a sales director. Then I stepped down as a Director in 3006 and came back in 1.5 months back in 2015. The Director training at the company was very different. I am at at time in my business where I need to rebuild my area and rebuild my work schedule. Your training has been very detailed to HOW TO do just that, with step by step of what to do, when to do it and how to do it. Everything changed during COVID and systems that once worked had to be revamped. Your training has help us with today's "plan of action" that needs to take place. Thank you again for ALL you have poured into us.

What Janis shared was practical, effective and got results. It was very beneficial for me to take this course, even though we closed on a house, moved and readied/sold our previous home all during this time. To date we show an 11% increase over last year and just had a record September. Janis's only comment when I told her what was happening and asked if I should work the Masterclass was "It will keep you focused." and it DID! I just wanted to share how much I’ve appreciated being part of the MasterClass! One of the best things is the real-time strategy we get. For example, when Mary Kay announced the one-week double credit, Janis immediately helped us unbox it, and I had the most successful August I’ve had in years. 🙌
The strategy around monthly themes and promotions, the idea sharing, the access to tools, and the overall go-give spirit have been game-changers. I especially value the reminder to keep focused, tune out the noise, and stay in the game without letting distractions pull us off track.

I thought $300 for a six month hands on course was an excellent price! Well worth the money! My three key points that I gleaned from the Master Mind class (so far) are.
1. Effective and detailed strategies for the beginning of our month.
2. Organizing your 3rd, 5th, 10th, 15th & 25th each month-brilliant!
3. How to navigate more income and our willingness to follow through.
